These terms govern access to Kunstbe during the private beta. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Eligibility
Creators must use a verified university email address and confirm they are 18 or older. Institution accounts are issued by invitation after ops review.
Your content
You retain ownership of works you upload. You grant Kunstbe a limited licence to host, display, and process your content solely to operate the platform (including watermarking and mature-content gating). You are responsible for accurate maturity ratings and for having rights to the material you publish.
Acceptable use
Do not upload illegal content, harass others, or attempt to circumvent security controls. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules or applicable law.
Beta disclaimer
The private beta is provided "as is". Features may change or be withdrawn without notice. We may terminate beta access at any time.
